Headquartered in Zhengzhou, a national transportation hub, the company owns a production base covering nearly 16 mu of land located in Kaifeng, an ancient capital with a thousand years of history. Situated in the Central Plains region, Kaifeng enjoys superior transportation conditions. The Longhai Railway and Lianhuo Expressway run east-west across the city, adjacent to the Beijing-Kowloon and Beijing-Guangzhou Railways. National highways including No.310 and No.106 intersect here, while the Rinancheng and Daguang Expressways pass through north and south. The well-developed transportation network facilitates our production, sales and logistics, and creates a favorable working environment.

In 2024, the company was officially recognized as a Domestic High-tech Enterprise, awarded the corresponding certificate jointly issued by the Domestic High-tech Enterprise Accreditation Administration, Department of Science and Technology of Henan Province, Finance Department of Henan Province and Henan Provincial Tax Service.

Company Development History

In 2004, Mr. Guo Zhanhong, a graduate of Zhengzhou Animal Husbandry College, jointly founded Zhengzhou Aobang Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., the predecessor of Henan Aobang Biotechnology Co., Ltd., together with his tutor, officially launching the company’s entrepreneurship and layout in the animal health industry.

In 2005, Mr. Guo Zhanhong took office as Chairman and General Manager. The company formally adopted a modern joint-stock enterprise operation model. It comprehensively optimized internal management by implementing standardized budget management, introducing advanced multi-dimensional office systems, completing the overall VI brand visual system, and establishing a standardized human resource management system. The company clarified departmental responsibilities, promoted systematic corporate culture construction, and launched professional employee training programs. Meanwhile, the marketing department realized standardized regional operation, channel restructuring, objective management and performance assessment, building a professional and efficient marketing system in the industry.

In 2006, the construction of the first-phase GMP production base commenced. In the same year, the enterprise was officially restructured and renamed Henan Province Aobang Biotechnology Co., Ltd.

In December 2006, the first-phase GMP production base successfully passed the official acceptance by the Ministry of Agriculture with outstanding scores, achieving full marks in hardware assessment. It was highly recognized as a “Model GMP Project for Veterinary Powder and Premix Production Lines”.

In 2007, the company was awarded the title of Director Unit by the Poultry Industry Branch of China Animal Husbandry Association.

In 2008, the company expanded its land scale to further enrich and upgrade its production dosage form capacity. In October of the same year, it was honored as an Advanced Taxpaying Enterprise by Henan Provincial Local Taxation Bureau.

In 2009, the company established seven regional branches, completing the strategic transformation from regional operation mode to branch-centered sales operation system.

In 2010, the company was accredited as the Henan Provincial Enterprise Technology Center by Henan Provincial Development and Reform Commission, Henan Provincial Department of Finance and Henan Provincial Tax Service. It was also awarded the title of Executive Director Unit of Industry-University Cooperation Alliance by Zhengzhou College of Animal Husbandry Engineering.

In March 2011, the second-phase GMP project with an investment of over 10 million RMB officially started construction. The company was recognized as an Integrity and Excellent Enterprise by Henan TV Station.

In July 2011, the company completed the integration of branch subsidiaries into unified headquarters management and carried out comprehensive brand upgrading and image iteration for the “Aobang” brand.

In December 2011, the company successfully passed GMP renovation and expansion inspection. On the basis of renewing qualifications for original powders, premixes and non-chlorine liquid disinfectants, a new non-sterile API workshop was completed, covering core varieties including Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium, Doxycycline Hydrochloride and Sulfaquinoxaline Sodium.

In March 2012, the company was certified as a Zhengzhou Science and Technology Innovation Pilot Enterprise by Zhengzhou Science and Technology Bureau, and successfully acquired Henan Hengren Animal Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. to expand industrial layout.

In 2013, the company optimized its salary and performance system, establishing a graded and differentiated incentive mechanism to fully reflect job value, professional skills and high-quality talent orientation.

In 2014, the company once again passed the national GMP inspection with excellent results. In addition to the renewal of existing production workshops, seven new dosage forms of Chinese herbal medicine extraction were approved, including licorice extract, scutellaria extract and astragalus polysaccharide powder, further enriching the product matrix.

In 2015, the company took the lead in the industry to introduce the DingTalk intelligent enterprise management system, realizing efficient online team collaboration, standardized attendance management and refined performance assessment, greatly improving overall operational efficiency.

In 2016, responding actively to national veterinary drug traceability policies, the company launched a three-year product development plan and established a systematic new product research and development strategy.

In 2018, the company was awarded the title of Most Influential Brand in Henan Animal Husbandry Industry.

In 2019, the enterprise successfully passed the national GMP expert group acceptance again with excellent performance.

In 2020, during the national epidemic prevention and control period, the company actively fulfilled its social responsibilities, donated materials and funds many times, and was recognized by relevant government departments as a socially responsible enterprise.

In 2021, the newly built feed additive production workshop was completed and successfully passed official acceptance at one time, obtaining more than 50 valid feed additive production qualifications.

In May 2022, the company successfully passed the new version of veterinary drug GMP high-score acceptance. At present, the company’s mature production formulations include powders and premixes, granules (including Chinese medicine extraction), Chinese herbal extracts (licorice extract), and non-sterile APIs (Grade D), covering Difloxacin Hydrochloride, Sulfamonomethoxine Sodium and Sulfachlorpyrazine Sodium.

In 2023, the company was awarded the title of Advanced Enterprise in Scientific and Technological Innovation. A number of newly launched products achieved outstanding market results in veterinary medicine, animal health care and feed additive sectors, further enhancing the brand influence and market competitiveness of Aobang.

In 2024, the company officially obtained the Domestic High-tech Enterprise Certification.
